Join Srutih Asher Colbert for a 50 min Yoga class with live music by Ambika Chant, accompanied on tabla by Ramana Wade Erickson. Experience the blissful sounds of Ambika's beautiful voice as you are guided through a gentle Vinyasa Flow practice, allowing you to connect your body and mind through breath and movement. We will transition to a 60 min Kirtan Concert directly after. Singing the names of the ancient Yogic texts, done in a call and response format. No experience necessary. Singing is encouraged but not required, and you may also be moved to dance or rest. You will leave energized and blissed out!
